"Dressing things up a bit..."

Notes:

• Valve covers: Taped off polished areas, sprayed with high heat white, sprayed engine color, removed tape and polished the non-painted areas, sprayed entire cover(s) with high heat clear.  Whew!

• Nothing was done since my last visit so I took a couple of pictures with the windows up (3 of 4 installed).

• There is a minor issue with the stock fan bottoming out on the fan shroud (repro).  I will take the original fan shroud back with me next trip to see what the issue is.  I will also take the original radiator just in case.

What is hopefully going to be accomplished in the next couple of days: 

• Joe is shooting for getting the car ready for start on Sunday (4-9-06).  We'll see what happens.

• The stock throttle cable bracket does not work with the Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold.  I'm currently looking for a new bracket (you would think that Edelbrock would sell one... yeah, ok.)
