"Be it ever so humble..."

Notes:

  • The front end has been buffed out, but is not completely assembled.

  • Installed new hood hinges (what a difference!), but the hood still needs some final adjusting.

  • Jetted the carb down (from a 750), it's running leaner, but still too rich.  It's still seems to be fouling out plugs.  Time to call in the experts from our club!  Eventually I'll probably ditch the 850 and get a 750.

What is hopefully going to be accomplished in the next week...:

  • Our club's show is next weekend!  (www.gtotigers.org)  Joe and I have to finalize some things just so I can get it to the show.  Not to mention I have to clean up the car!

  • New plugs and probably a jet kit for the carb.  I don't want to take the car in for it's final dialing in until it has 500 miles on it.  I'll probably have to change out the oil now to make sure there's no gas in it from running so rich.

Buttoned down and ready to go!

Hopefully the last time it'll be flat bedded home!

Better than seeing flashing lights in the mirror!

The original reason for flat bedding it home. Getting dropped off... Good times, good times...

Do I detect a smile?
(Now I have to clean up the garage!)
